We are Stefan and Katherine.

We are passionate about helping people make progress in their work and feel more confident and fulfilled. We believe there is a lot of good intent in organisations already, which gets blocked by disconnection, busyness, anxiety and unseen system dynamics. 

Stefan has been working to create momentum since 2017, with organisations in Australia and around the world. Stefan grew up in Germany and has a PhD in Business Education and Instructional Design from Friedrich Schiller University Jena. He came to Australia to lead Learning and Development for BCG. He is certified as an Executive Coach and on the Faculty of WYSE International.

Katherine has grown from a problem-solver to a leader to a developer of leaders. She worked for BCG as a management consultant across multiple industries and functional topics in Australia and Europe, before becoming Director of Learning and Leadership for BCG in Australia. She has an MBA from INSEAD and is a certified Executive Coach.
